Neil Bailey

Neil has been tattooing for almost 7 years at the same studio Max did his apprenticeship in many years before. Coming full circle, Neil found his way to The Rook and now is an invaluable member of the team. Neil used the lockdowns during Covid to hone his craft and drew until he'd become more than proficient in multiple styles. You can see his passion for all aspects of tattooing in the pieces below. Although he loves Neo-traditional, he really can tattoo everything and loves to test himself with different styles and ideas.
